I've decided le.. I took physics instead of biology.
hahas. Although I like biology, I understand that pure liking for the subject is not enough. If my future career does not need A level biology, I would go into critical situation. Therefore, I took up
physics instead. Having thinking through, I recalled that although I love D&T lots, I did not take up the subject during sec3. The reason is the same; it won't be useful at all. At that point of time,I chose to take triple sciences, which I felt would be most helpful in carving out my future. Indeed, it's difficult to cope with. There are countless times that I would like to give up, but I pressed on with the support of you guys and many teachers. So, I make it for O level. Though it isn't excellent grade nor is it my desired grade that I had wanted since sec1, I'm contented. Simply because I knew that I've worked hard for it so no matter what is the outcome, I've pride in my work. I'm also glad that I did not choose to give it up, if not all my efforts since the start of sec3 is wasted.
Anyway, to say about my liking towards the subjects, I can say that actually I develop liking towards those subjects that I can score :X So I also can't differentiate whether I truly like biology not. However, it's true that only biology and D&T have aroused my interests so far. Biology is due to the help of 'er hmm' while D&T is because I think it's realli fun! & easy to score too :X
Aiya, so my conclusion is, I WILL REALLY WORK HARD THIS TIME. If you want me to grade myself for how much hard work I've put in for PSLE and O Level, I would say it's 50% and 75% respectively. All along, I've the feeling that I had not try my best. I felt that my breaks are too long, I'm not attentive enough in class, I didn't finish all the assignments on time etc... I dun want to have the same feeling again... especially without you all by my sides, I would feel even more lost. My brother is staying in 'school', I feel so alone at home.
No matter what, my lectures start officially tomorrow. Pray hard that I can copy all the notes within time limits and understand what are the teachers talking about. I so wanna do well for all my subjects, esp physics! I want to prove that my choice is correct, my brother's recommendation is not wrong! JIAYOUS! (:
